Ferr-L-Tite® was Bohning’s first product, developed in 1946, and has been the archery industry’s standard ever since! It requires an open flame for installation or removal and is fully cured as soon as it reaches room temperature (about 5 minutes). Ferr-L-Tite is heat reversible on aluminum shafts, and with care on wooden shafts – flame required. It has a melting point of 176.7°C.

Bohning Glue Ferr-L-Tite

High heat hot-melt glue – ideal for Wood and Aluminium Shaft inserts and field repairs!

Ferr-L-Tite is designed for points, inserts, outserts, and pin bushings on Wood and Aluminium shafts. This hot melt adhesive has flexible properties which keep it from cracking even after repeated target impacts.

It requires a flame for installation and is reversible only on Aluminium and with care on Wooden shafts.
