Terms of Sale

This website (“site”) is operated by Archery Park Ltd (referred to in these terms of sale as “we”, “us or “our”). These terms of sale apply to your purchase of products and / or services via our site, as the context requires.
By using the Site
• You acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the privacy policy, and agree to be bound by them.
• Your continued use of the Site after the Terms or the privacy policy have been changed indicates your acceptance of those changes.
• From time to time we may update or revise these Terms or the privacy policy without notice.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery Times

We will dispatch your order within 48 business hours of receiving your payment in full. Delivery times vary from 1-5 working days for New Zealand Metro. For rural New Zealand delivery times usually extend by a further 2 to 4 working days.

During Pre-Christmas season Courier services are often at their capacity. Delivery times often become unpredictable during that time.

Occasionally we may be on leave. In that case we will display a message at the top of the shop menu with an information when orders will be shipped again. 

Courier Service

In most cases Archery Park will use Post Haste for freight in New Zealand. Your tracking number should be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Orders are able to be tracked.
In the event your items do not arrive or are damaged we will work with the courier provider to resolve this in a timely manner.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in the currency selected.

Archery Park will offer to our customers items that will be ordered specifically for you. These items are clearly marked. We do this to offer you a wide variety of items. This applies mainly to 3D archery targets, custom longbow builds and other bulky items that we can’t keep in stock due to storage and cash flow issues.

International Delivery

For orders delivered outside of New Zealand we will find the most suitable shipping option for you. We will only send insured goods to outside of NZ. Orders may not be trackable outside of New Zealand and we will not be liable for any import or custom taxes that may apply to your order.

Shop Hours

We run an online shop from home . We do accept visits in person after arrangement. Our operating times are usually Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5pm.

We close order fulfillment from 25 December to the 2nd Sunday afterwards. This allows us to focus on our Archery Adventure tours.

Access

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information held by us is accurate and up-to-date. You are entitled to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not we hold personal information about you and you are entitled to reasonable access to this information. You may also request:
• That we correct this information if it is inaccurate; and
• That your details do not appear on our database.
• You can make changes to your personal information on the “My Account” page by login in into your account or by contacting us using the “Contact Us” page on this site.

Secure Shopping

As part of the software used by Archery Park there are secure processes built into the store. Specifically, the engine ensures:
• Every order has a unique number
• Every order is logged in a robust database
• All your payment details can only be retrieved by Archery Park in an encrypted session
• Confirmation emails of your order are sent to you the customer

Emails

We will send emails to you as part of your order, enquiries or contact messages. When you register your email address with us, you may receive email announcements about new products, offers, promotions and events.
If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. If you unsubscribe you will only receive emails specifically related to your online orders.

Product Reviews

Between 2 to 4 weeks after your order you will receive an invitation to review the items you have ordered from us. We use an independent 3rd party system for this. Your reviews will help other customers with their purchase and give us vital feedback on the type of products we stock. Your reviews will be displayed on our shop website and will be publicly available on Customers Review. 

We reserve the right to hold back publication of reviews where we believe they are unfair, e.g. we haven’t been given notification that there was an issue and had no chance to rectify any problems.

For each order review you will receive a discount code of $5.00 that is valid for 90 days and can be used for one order with a minimum total value of  $50.00. You are allowed to pass this code on to a fellow archer friends.

Payment Terms & Pricing

The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but not any delivery charges. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered at our stores. Archery Park reserves the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product specification within 24 hours of being notified of it or after an order has been processed.

Payment types accepted are Visa and MasterCard, transactions will be billed in the ‘currency selected’. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website, a confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order.
Once the items on your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the Goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card. You authorize Archery Park to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card.
If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed. We may process this Order or further Orders if you make a payment.

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Information

Please ensure the information you provide (when creating an account) on this site is correct, complete and up-to-date and please advise us as soon as possible if any of this information changes or becomes inaccurate.
Your password and account are your responsibility; all necessary steps should be taken to ensure your password is kept confidential. Archery Park is to be notified immediately if for any reason you are concerned that your password is known to someone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. We endeavor to ensure that any content will be current, accurate or complete when you access it. However, we will take steps to correct any error or inaccuracy in any content which is brought to our attention within a reasonable time.
