In the below two videos we show you what’s involved in setting up a new bow out of the box so that you can shoot it with confidence. The bow we use in this video is a Black Hunter Recurve with the classic design limbs.
Note that how we cut the fur rest for a takedown riser often varies for Longbows. They often come with a specifically shaped arrow rest that is folded in between the shelf and the side of the bow like on the photo below.
